senior wellness
HandEyeBody's coordination exercises activate mind & body, encourage creative play, and provide accessible group and solo activities to stay active using soft bean bags and balls.
Developed by Dr. Jacob Weiss, founder of Do Good & Juggle, the HandEyeBody Senior Wellness program features staff training and online video libraries of functional & creative exercises that make it easy for care teams and facilities to integrate into their programs.
The full online training program for staff and activity directors will launch in early 2020. Request more information and schedule a conversation with the HandEyeBody team here:

Sample exercise
Try this exercise while sitting!
The Cross Knee Sit & Place exercise uses a Cross Crawl movement to incorporate bilateral coordination, rhythm, and hand-eye coordination. It is a fun “movement puzzle” way to wake up the brain and body! The exercise can be done with minimal (or zero) leg movement, and can be made faster or slower as desired.
This is a great exercise for seniors sitting at a table, as well as staff to take a short “brain break” at their desk!
