I’m Dr. Jacob Weiss, PhD, founder of HandEyeBody Academy and creator of the Beatkins Rhythm Cards & Curriculum.

The Beatkins are all about tapping into a playful and creative energy that brings your teaching and learning to life!

Meeting you Where You Are

I developed the cards & exercises for teachers, therapists, coaches, and families, to make it easy and fun to teach rhythm, coordination, and cognitive skills for all ages and abilities.

Rhythm isn’t exclusive to musicians and dancers. It’s for everyone! Our philosophy is grounded in growth mindset: learning to get comfortable and confident trying new experiences as a beginner.
